What would you like to happen to make you feel more included and valued at work?

I'd like to see staff and patients adopt more realistic and sympathetic attitudes to each others problems, with more emphasis placed on what is possible for both parties.

I know of a few younger orthopods doing NHS work in private hospitals showing great empathy to LOLs, with them responding well as a consequence

Agree, I worked in A&E and patients behaved like it was every man for himself, many demanding priority treatment.
